Name: Bootcamp With Jess - Foxtrot Co. Descripton:Bootcamp is a military-style personal training program. Our program involves a type of circuit training, combining aerobic/cardio and strength training to build muscle and strip away unwanted fat. Bootcamp is for everyone. Our clients work out in a small group environment that helps keep them motivated and provides them with a network of support. A new session begins each Monday and goes for 6 weeks, 5 classes per week. Free orientation every Saturday at 0900 at the studio. Come try us out!
