Name: A Path To Inner Peace. Descripton:Belief systems and old habits can hold us back from living a life of peace and joy. The hardest part is a lot of these patterns go unnoticed because we are so used to living this way. Old belief systems may be running our lives without us realizing it. Traumatic experiences may be stored in our subconscious mind as well as our body. We may think that we have overcome them but if we haven’t, they are playing out in our subconscious mind and can keep us from reaching our goals and make us miserable causing us to be depressed, anxious, stressed, etc. Traumatic events and stress may even become trapped in our bodies causing pain or illness, if not properly released. Even though we may be unaware of many of these belief systems or unresolved traumatic events stored in our subconscious mind or body, they play a big role in our health and everyday lives. The modalities I work with help release old patterns, belief systems and traumatic experiences to help you live the life you have always wanted to.Within all of us, we have the resources to heal our mind/body but sometimes need help to recognize our potential to move through our challenges. Having the opportunity to serve as a facilitator and give back to others gives me the chance to help people grow, watch them become the light that they really are, and live the life they've always wanted. Coupled with experience in the techniques and my desire to help people heal, we will work together to reach your highest potential. I am certified in both BodyTalk and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and I think they work well together or separately.It's important not to rush the healing process. I set aside 1 1/2 for every session to ensure that we have plenty of time and you are not rushed. We are social creatures and I feel that we are here to help each other along our healing paths.
