The Guy to Call

I had hired another company to come out and clean my carpets. An hour before they were suppose to be there, they called and cancelled. This left me in a bind as I needed the carpets clean that day. I called Tom because it said owner answers the phone. Not only did he answer the phone, he worked me in about 2 hours later and then did an awesome job cleaning the carpets. There was silly puddy on the carpet in the kids room. I didn't think it would ever come up, but Tom got it up and made sure I was happy with his service. I sincerely will call Tom with another job in the future. As making sure his customers are happy is important to him. DON'T call anyone else. Call Tom!!!


     

Superb Service and Results

I have had several carpet services over the years, and none come close to the effort and service from A Spotless. He spent more time on three rooms and the heavy traffic areas than Stanley Steamer spent on my entire house at a fraction of the cost. I had spilt a container of concentrated Miracle Grow on my beige carpet and had a horrific blue stain. Tom removed the stain, but also explained the process he was using to get it out. In the past the other cleaners would make one pass and call it good. Tom treated one particularly hard area three times. I was satisfied after the second pass, but he felt he could get a better result and kept at it. He was correct it looked even better after his dedicated effort. He is the first cleaner I have ever given a tip to, and will call on him for all future services. You can't beat this owner operated service, and he is nice guy that values your investment, and patronage.

We used a spotless carpet cleaning and I recommend them to anyone. The owner is there on every job. Which means the work is done right by someone with years of experience and who cares about customer retention. Use a spotless carpet cleaning. You will be happy if you do.

Carpet cleaning

I called on a Tuesday,and was able to get an appointment the next day..That was huge to me, with it being the holiday season and my carpet was in terrible shape. Tom was very efficient, affordable, and it was obvious that this is his own business since he takes great pride in his work. I am very pleased with the results. I have dogs and I was concerned about the pet odor, however he was able to get it out. The rooms look great and smell great. I would highly recommend his services to anyone, and I already have. Thanks Tom it's good to know that there are still people out there that take pride in what they do!!!!!
