I appreciated Action Plumbing Heating and Air . Ryan came to our home yesterday to fix a leaking pipe and my husband also wanted him to look at our water heater piping. My husband, Itzea, had not mentioned the water heater issue when he had made the appointment, but Ryan was happy to take a look anyway and he said he could complete both jobs. The leaking pipe was taken care of very quickly and then Ryan started in on repiping for our water heater. He had several problems arise and had to leave a couple of times to get equipment and parts. Ryan kept at it and he finally finished the job at about 8:30 pm. He was professional and friendly throughout and never showed the frustration he must have been feeling. I feel like he went above and beyond, which is not something you see everyday, and he seemed to take pride in doing a thorough job. I was impressed when he left. Thanks Ryan! Vanessa =)

Terrible Company to work with! Stay away!

I know that a company cannot be rated based on one employee but in this case both the plumber and several internal contacts in the company were dealt with. First, the plumber did the job quickly of moving a frozen water line to an interior wall; however, in the process he disconnected a separate water line and did not connect it again. I had to call when the toilet was not working because the water line had not been reconnected. Ridiculous! Even with the follow up visit the total time to complete the work was less than 1 hour which wasn't bad. However, I received a bill for over $600. I had authorized $200-$300 for this quick fix, but when the bill came back so much higher I called management in the company. I explained the situation with the incompetent plumber needing to come back again and the outrageous cost for less than an hour worth of services. Management at the company was completely unwilling to do anything regarding the bill. Terrible company to work with! Stay away!

I call Action plumbing for to come out and get my grandma's swamp cooler running. I call them every yearto help her. They are kind enough to send the same techs she feels comfortable seeing them each year. I'm happy with their fast and kind services. I have used them many times for my plumbing repaires as well. Replaced my furnace

I had furnace problems and had used action before so I called them. They found the problem and also did a safety check and found I had a cracks in the heat exchanger. That could have been deadly if not found, they replaced the furnace at a very fair price and it was installed and running the same day. I highly recommend them for your heating and plumbing needs. Stay Clear of these scammer

They scammed us. Disgusting especially since my husband has a terminal illness and is very sick. Action Plumbing told us our sewer line had collapsed and only cleared it partially, telling us it would clog again within a few days if we didn't replace the line. They wanted to charge us $9180 for replacing plus $475 for "not" clearing our sewer line. They also told us to lie to our insurance company to get them to pay for the line. We had another plumbing company came that night and cleared the line. Stating it hadn't collapsed but has a root ball the removed. They felt we should replace our sewer line, but it was not urgent and bid the job at $5400. with a lifetime guarantee. And Action Plumbing was not going to file a permit with the city. We have filed a complaint with the City. They are being investigated. Stay Clear of these scammers!
