Action Roofing just finished putting on a new roof for our home and they are the greatest! No other bid was even close. They used quality materials and good workmanship. And, best of all, they even showed up when they said they would, and stayed on the job until it was completed.

I called about 10 roofers for bids and advice for a re-roof for my home. 4 of the ten people that I called actually showed up to give me a bid. Most showed up after about a week. Mark was there the very next morning. Action roofing had the lowest bid, which was all we could afford. I was concerned that I was contracting the lowest bidder, thinking that the quality of my roof would be very poor. My concerns seem to be unjustified. I don't know anything about roofing, but its seems they did a great job.

I've had 4 floods in my new home, all for different reasons. Action Roofing was recommended and I finally did not feel like I was being taken advantage of. My roof is a flat roof and two roofing companies that came out before Action Roofing was referred did not want to deal with a flat roof and the estimate was twice as much as Action Roofing. It only took 3 days. He had a new employee that Mark the owner did not feel comfortable having weld just yet, so Mark was doing it after he had surgery. That made me feel confident in Mark that I was getting A+ work and he trains his employees before he allows them to redo a roof. Mark took photos of the roof and gave me options, so I knew that my roof was worse than I thought because Mark sent me pictures of my roof and my back yard. It wasn't a case of here is a hose, it came off your car and it needs to be fixed, but I won't show you where it came off under the hood. Thanks Mark for doing it fast, right and professional.
New Flat Roof

Mark and his crew came out, had the old leaky roof off, and the new one installed in one day. Mark's customer service is top notch, keeping us up to date on his schedule regularly, and details on completion. He has a crew that actually works for him, not just contracted out to a bunch of $10 an hour people who don't care about your project. I will use Mark and his crew again before the end of summer, and happily recommend him to anyone looking for a cost effective way to replace that old flat roof. It's expensive to hire a professional, but more expensive to hire an amateur.
New roof is up to code!

We discovered our roof had started leaking, and started calling companies to get estimates; we called 6 total. Mark came over quickly, was able to give an honest estimate, and informed us our roof was not up to code; not only that he told us why, and was honest and answered our questions. His honesty as well as his 37 years of experience along with his fair estimate is what made us pick him. The job got done in a timely manner and they were more than happy to answer any questions we had during the process and explained what they were doing. He also found a problem with the roof where our carport connects to our covered patio and wasn't sealed properly. None of the other contractors pointed this out to us, and Mark fixed this additional problem for a small cost. We got a new roof for a great price and couldn't be happier!
