The Best Face Lift A Home Could Have

We used Advanced Exteriors to have our house changed from old and outdated siding to beautiful stucco. It has been 5 years since it was done and we couldn't be happier. They did a beautiful job and were very professional. We had new windows put in at the same time and Advanced worked with our window sub to make sure everything came together seamlessly. Their employees were kind, courteous and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. In additional to the beautiful stucco, our house is more insulated and our energy bills have significantly dropped. We had several bids and they are very competitive. We have had numerous people knock on our door to ask where we had the stucco done and we are more than happy to give them Advanced Exteriors #.

Advanced Exteriors gave our 1960's home a look of the new houses that are being built today with stucco and stone. They were very timely and reasonably priced, best of all very easy to work with. We would recommend Advanced for sure!

We are so happy with Advanced Exteriors! A few years years back we had a small home improvement project that Advanced did the final finish on, we let them know about the day when they would be needed then on the day a rough guess on the time, they went out of their way to see that my small job got done fast and as promised although they had to "wait and we'll let you know when we're ready" type of thing! A couple years later we called them back on another small project and couldn't be more pleased. I get lots of compliments on the work Advanced has done on my house!
Great stucco work helped me flip an investment house!

Wow. What a difference stucco makes on an old house. Home owners have a hard time even looking at the inside if the they can't get past the outside of a home. I wasn't sure if I could afford new stucco an investment home. Will came out, consulted on various options that would work within the budget, yet give the results I needed. We decided to stucco the front and both side, leaving the back of the house to be painted. Outstanding work and his ideas were perfect for blending into the rest of the house. Didn't look like a "remodeled job", but looked like a new house. Price was great, care taken not to leave me with a big mess to clean up. Work was done on the tight timeline I had for flipping this house. I would definitely use Advanced again. Had Will consult on option with a 1985 home I just moved into. Tight budget again and Will had some great ideas to make it look great without going over the budget. Cant wait to get started.

We used Advanced Exteriors for our home in Seattle Washington, that's right, Seattle Washington. I had heard about will and his crew through a family member, and took a chance with the idea that they would be willing to travel. Not only was he willing, he was also willing to haul materials as well. His price was great, but the bonus was his skill. HIs crew traveled twice to our home to complete everything they had promised on time. His product has received nothing but praise, and we couldn't be happier. I fully recommend Will and his team, and anxiously await working with them on another project.
