Alan's shop is the best shop in the whole valley! I been going to him for 7 years and always have work with me in solving the problems of my car in a timely manner and cost effective. They are all very friendly and will go beyond duty and expectations. I will recommend him for any job!!!
New owner at Alan's

Definate price difference between the new owner and the old owner. Had some work done on my car and he charged me top price on everything that he done. Could have got the job done somewhere else for much less.
Under new owners

We used to go to Alans almost exclusively. Unfortunately Alan retired due to health issues and sold the business to another guy. The atmosphere is much less customer centered and a bit more greedy. My hunch was solidified when the owner tried to get me to sell our honda to him for $300. We sold it for around $2000 unfixed.

Dont trust these guys! I have had the worst experience with alans. they kept my truck for 2 weeks to fix simple problems. charged me $1000 and the problem never got fixed. we had to file a complaint with better buisness bureau. Dont make the same mistake I did take your vehicle somewhere more reliable
