Our payment structure is simply this; Homeowners purchase all material through our contractor willcalled order that we assemble for you. When the project is 50% complete you pay 50% labor costs. When the job is 100% complete you pay 100% labor costs. We like this model simply because it assures all clients the ability to like what they see and then pay for it. We break down labor and material costs separately so our customers get and inside view of how competitive we are on both fronts. Most contractors make profit on material- we do not! Recessed lighting & 2 bath remodel

The reason we hired Rob with All-Pro was because we believed in the information/feedback given to my husband and I during our estimate session. He was also very propmt about getting a material and labor quote back to us within about 4 hours after the estimate session. We liked how the labor and material projections were given seperately as well as we obtained true receipts for our records in the end of what both material and labor came out to be. Rob saved us 14% at Lowes with his discount on materials and his crews labor came in significantly lower than prior estimates. We had All-Pro demolition 2 bathrooms to concrete and stud walls and then rebuild them both exactly the way my husband and I had drawn up. We later had them install 8 recessed lighting fixtures in our kitchen and dining room that give so much better light. Door door installation

Hi everyone out there just want to put my word of support on for the allpro construction team. We had a 46" double pane glass/custom door installed on our trigon popout that looks fabulous. I would hate to quote the price as to not obligate allpro but the price was the best price. Through allpro's door manufacturer we were able to get what was a 1200.00 door for 530.00 after taxes. They removed a window where the door goes and did demolition clean enough as to not destroy any stucco- all clean and precise cuts. I reccommend allpro in all types of new construction and rennovation. Your quality vs. price is second to none. Thank you much!! Joy davies South Jordan, Ut


     

Total home makeover

Before finding All Pro Construction and Handymen services we didn't think we could get our home back in order due to the complexity of so many areas of the home vs. the quotes we had been given and our budget. We had called a few contractors and decided contractors charge quite a bit more than a handyman. So we called a few handymen and found out that they really didn't talk about much of the same procedural information we had learned previously from contractors. We called All Pro Construction, which is a construction company for the big (permit/inspection) jobs and a handymen service also for the small jobs. They put in a new travertine back splash, tiled 2 bathrooms and an entryway, built a huge 2 story deck in our back yard, installed & plumbed a new jet tub in the basement bathroom, installed a new univalve and trim kit for our corroded bath fixtures in the upper bath, & new stained and urethaned Baseboards and door casings. Property management

At Real Property Management I property manage 156 rental properties in the Salt Lake and surrounding areas. Many of the home owners that we property manage for became less able to afford the costs our maintanence company consistently invoiced us for.
