A consummate professional

A plumber friend of mine who uses American HVAC Air Conditioning referred me to them. Steve is professional, kind, and follows through. There are not enough good things I could say about him. I had him do a basement job for me at a place where I had been hired to do work. It was a damper system to an existing furnace, and the people were so pleased with the work that Steve did; it looks like it came with the house. Steve is clear and professional. He did more than he said and wouldn't charge for the extra work. He explained things and, when something wasn't just right, he made sure that it was right. My experience with him is that he always makes sure we get at least what he promises, and usually it's more than he promises. You can ask Steve anything you want and he will take time to explain things so that you are comfortable with the work he's doing. He is all about making sure that customers are happy. Steve, with American HVAC, has been great. He helped me build my house 5 years ago. Subcontractors are not always the most reliable, but he was always reliable. He worked hard and got the job done. If there was a change in his schedule, he would always call. Steve would always show up when he said he would. Since then I have referred him many times. I haven't had anybody dissatisfied with his work. He has also done repair work and maintenance for me. Steve is always fair, and I feel that he is very honest.

New Heater and AC

I recently had American HVAC install a new Heater and AC unit in my home. These guys were great to deal with. They were on time, every time. I don't feel like I got the up sell treatment like you get with so many others these days. The guys were nice to work with and were very respectful of our home. I am a pretty picky guy, but these guys are tops in my book.

I had American HVAC replace my central air in June. They did a great job at a great price. They had to disconnect my water heater to get the job done but they stayed late to make sure we had our water heater by shower time. Steve gave me a few options and actually recommended the less expensive unit for my home and explained why it would perform just as good as the more expensive unit. They actually fixed some problems with my furnace sheet metal that the previous company had caused for free. Andrew.
