The team at Arborworks did a fantastic job trimming and dead wooding a large willow tree in my backyard. They showed up first thing in the morning and took the time to discuss my options for the tree and my desire to keep as much of the tree for shade purposes. I was very pleased with their work. They also did a good job cleaning up the job site. I would recommend their services to anyone.

I have been debating on writing a review but after 4 days crying over my apricot tree I decided I have to write something over my experience with Arborworks. Disappointed for the chop work the crew did to my apricot tree specially. They chopped down all my lower branches when I especifically mentioned to the sales rep it was a fruit tree. The tree was not trimmed symmetrically but one sided. They didn't follow the instructions signed on the Estimate notes. The sales rep and owner came over and acknowledge the miscommunication and gave us excuses. They seem to know the chopping business pretty well, but if you want something done, stay around to direct the job. I learned my lesson.
I wanted to give the trees in my dads yard another 20 years..

First, let me get to the bottom line. I would recommend Arborworks without reservation. I called and Ted was here to give me the professinal info I wanted. Anyone can talk about cutting off a branch here or there but what I wanted ( and what I got) was a professional who knew about the trees, how they grew, what was making them strong, what was making them weak. Ted answered questions I didn't even know I had and he gave me several options about how i could deal with certain areas of concern. Chris and his team, who did the work, did a super job. I even got the wood that was usable as firewood left behind, stacked and cut. The price was more than reasonable as well. Like I said at the beginning... I recommend Arborworks without reservation.

The owner, gave us the lowest estimate for work at two residences. He and his crew showed up punctually and worked nearly a full day removing the multiple trunk box elders that turned out to be much more work in a tight space with power lines in the branches than originally thought. As I had to work the next day, I felt that I could trust the owner with paying the original estimate price, no additional charges due to the extra work. They showed up to finish the work at the second residence in my absence. He explained that they were out of stump killer and would apply it when they acquired some. A week later I saw the blue stain of the stump killer on our tree stumps. The work was neatly done and the tree trimmed looks great.

Best tree guys ever. I have a big yard with lots of huge trees. Through the last 25 years I've had a lot of people do tree work. These people are the best!
