Good job, good price

I called Axiom today to ask about having a garage door spring replaced. I had already measured the spring so they were able to price the job over the phone. An hour later the spring was installed, the door was adjusted, lubed, and working correctly. The final cost is exactly what he quoted on the phone. I am satisfied with their service and price. Thanks!


     

Quality and Price often match...

Though they're plenty kind and accommodating, these guys are only fair at their craft. Measured my garage opening wrong and had to put some plain ghetto raw wood shims all the way up each side of my opening to fill the space that was left. Then wouldn't do a thing to help me understand why my garage door opener all of the sudden got so sluggish it stopped working after having worked perfectly until 2 weeks after I got my new door. They came out to address the opener and disconnected it when I couldn't afford a new one, but left some piece hanging down that I and my partner both hit our heads on from time to time (I'm personally not messing with anything I don't understand). Now, a few months later, that part caused the door to jam up and I ended up with my car locked in the garage. They came out promptly, fixed the door, and charged me $100 labor for fixing what seems to me to be their mistake... Still; Decent pricing & prompt


     

Unethical Service and Practice

Complete scam. We used this company because our Home Warranty required that we use them. He came and installed new sensors. They stopped working a few weeks later in the afternoon. We called for him to come by and stand by his product. He said he would have to charge us to come by again. We told him the product he installed was defective. We asked him to come by when it normally happens to see. Instead, he comes by when he wanted to and said it was working just fine so he had to charge us. He would not replace the sensors or stand by anything he did weeks prior. No trust or customer service found with this company. If you are looking for a garage door company. RUN!!!! When I get a service from a company, especially a new product, I expect it to work as sold. This company is a complete joke.

Great service. Called for a tune up after Sears failed to show up 2x for their scheduled appointments. Axiom scheduled for the next day, was on time, professional, and answered all my questions. Will definitely use them again.

I used them to fix my garage door when the spring broke. I had a coupon that said they would waive the service fee. He claimed do to that and then apparently raised the price of the spring to $159.00. I had to use them again about a month later, apparently the other spring broke. He this time charged $119 for the spring and $39 for the service call. I'd never use them again. I would never recommend them to anyone. I asked if he'd waive the service fee since he has coupons circulating for such a thing. He didn't say a word, and handed me the bill. Terrible experience.

Owner response: A few things here 1. Not all doors have two of the same springs they are very often different from side to side. 2. If a costumer has and can present a coupon even if expired we will honer it but we do ask that you have it 3. As to the breaking of the second spring I am sure we suggested that you replace them both when we where there the first time. It is vary common for two springs that work together to break vary close in time to each other. We quite often see them both broken the first time we come out.
