Seems okay but they will get their money

I scheduled a time with Axiom to fix my garage door, but then found a different company (ABC Garage Door) who seemed more reasonable so I scheduled them too. I forgot to cancel with Axiom and the technician showed up when the other company was finishing up. The Axiom guy was somewhat polite but was unbending and exacted the total service charge. My fault, but he could have said something like "Hey I understand, but I do need to pay for gas/time, I'll split the charge because I didn't even have to look at your door..." But they were more interested in their $ than making a good impression in the market place.

This company is not to be trusted. Be careful get everything in writing if you use them. I won't go into details but you better get a written warranty also.
