Keith and his staff are completely dedicated to maintaining that high degree of personalized service you will not get from a large retailer. Gas Fireplace

I was having trouble with my living room fireplace. I flipped the switch to on, the pilot light was on and it never lit. After a few seconds of gas buildup there was a loud boom that I thought broke the glass in the fireplace.Lucky no damage. I called Casual Barbeque (Keith) and explained my problem. He said he could come right over. After just a few minutes and minor adjustments my fireplace is working great. And, the price was right!!

We purchased a stove through Casual Barbecue several years ago, and have had it cleaned regularly by CB. This service is always prompt and extremely thorough. Recently we started using CB to clean our vented fireplace as well as our unvented stove. What a huge difference they have made in the operation and efficiency of our appliances! Great company.
