Excellent Real Estate Agent.

I've had the chance to work with Chris and his team in many transactions. They have a great marketing plan and system to help each client achieve their individual goals. Chris has listed many homes and sales the property QUICK! He has helped many families get their dream house as he is an excellent negotiator and always looks out for his clients best interest. They come first!

Chris listed the home that we sold last year (June 2012). We listed on Tuesday and accepted a full price offer on Thursday. We were very pleased with his efforts to market the home, including a lovely collection of photographs, advice on pricing and showing the home, etc. He and his team were responsive, friendly and respectful.

We are so happy with the service Chris provided, we listed a home with tenants and knew it would be a challenge getting them to cooperate. Very quick buy and sell!

Chris and his team were great to work with. They took the time to help us, even when we were very indecisive. Our house sold in 4 days thanks to their help getting it priced right, and looking good. Their tips were great and things worked smoothly. They had a professional take the pictures, which was so important! Would definitely recommend them!

Got it sold FAST and for asking price

Chris and his team helped us be sure we priced the house right, that it looked great to sell and were great to work with. We showed the house only 1 day and had several offers all above asking price. When the first deal fell through, we showed it again for 1 day and had several more offers. It was great not to have the process drag on and on. I would definitely recommend his services. He and his team are all personable and not the "pushy salespeople" type at all. I think both buyers and sellers would feel they could trust him.
