Chris is an excellent personal trainer and I highly recommend him. I trained with Chris for a period of 72 weeks at my apartment gym in downtown. He is very well rounded - not only did he train me in the gym, but also continuously offered personalized nutrition advice. He came prepared to each workout with a list of exercises for the day, and emailed them to me afterward. He is super friendly and pleasant, easy to talk to, happy to address the wide variety of random health/nutrition questions that popped into my head, and made himself available via email or phone any time for follow-up questions. Even after I moved away I continue to email him various questions about my workout routines and he gets back to me promptly and enthusiastically. Chris really does care about my overall health and fitness and was a great partner and motivator for me during my time in salt lake city. I wholeheartedly recommend Chris to anyone looking for a great personal trainer in the salt lake area!

The Training is outstanding!! I am always impress by the things he has me do, and the things he comes up with. Chris runs through several different techniques that helped me build lean and strong muscles. You would be lucky to find another trainer as knowledgeable and created as Chris! It's been 9 months since I started going to Chris. In that time I have attend one on one training, and group training. I placed top 5 in a fitness competition that Chris motivated me to do. I would recommend Chris's personal training to anyone of age or fitness level! You'll look and feel great in no time.
No matter if you do group or one on one you'll get guidance you need and want for fitness.

Honestly if you want results go to Chris! I noticed within the first two months. You feel great, you have more energy, you feel great when you leave, like you got a real workout. The price couldn't be better! Your not going to find a better trainer. For real results look no further. I have been training with Chris since 2009 his workouts are excellent. He has the ability to make sure everyone is getting a good workout regardless of fitness level. I enjoy the most is his mix of weight lifting and cardio it is always challenging, You will enjoy working with Chris.
I'd recommend Chris to anyone serious about getting in shape, losing weight and changing his or her life for the better.

Chris is everything you could ever expect in a quality personal trainer. In the gym he's informative, motivational, knowledgeable about training and nutrition. His workouts are a lot of fun. He workout with you and mixes up the exercise in a way that makes scene. Our training sessions are constantly challenges me to move toward my goals. He also incorporates a nutrition program into the program. I am 4 weeks in and I'm impressed with the progress I have made while working with someone who challenges me to push myself far beyond what I would do on my own. He offer the complete package of fitness and nutrition and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is serious looking to change.
