The Training is outstanding!! I am always impress by the things he has me do, and the things he comes up with. Chris runs through several different techniques that helped me build lean and strong muscles. You would be lucky to find another trainer as knowledgeable and created as Chris! It's been 9 months since I started going to Chris. In that time I have attend one on one training, and group training. I placed top 5 in a fitness competition that Chris motivated me to do. I would recommend Chris's personal training to anyone of age or fitness level! You'll look and feel great in no time.
No matter if you do group or one on one you'll get guidance you need and want for fitness.

Honestly if you want results go to Chris! I noticed within the first two months. You feel great, you have more energy, you feel great when you leave, like you got a real workout. The price couldn't be better! Your not going to find a better trainer. For real results look no further. I have been training with Chris since 2009 his workouts are excellent. He has the ability to make sure everyone is getting a good workout regardless of fitness level. I enjoy the most is his mix of weight lifting and cardio it is always challenging, You will enjoy working with Chris.
I'd recommend Chris to anyone serious about getting in shape, losing weight and changing his or her life for the better.

Chris is everything you could ever expect in a quality personal trainer. In the gym he's informative, motivational, knowledgeable about training and nutrition. His workouts are a lot of fun. He workout with you and mixes up the exercise in a way that makes scene. Our training sessions are constantly challenges me to move toward my goals. He also incorporates a nutrition program into the program. I am 4 weeks in and I'm impressed with the progress I have made while working with someone who challenges me to push myself far beyond what I would do on my own. He offer the complete package of fitness and nutrition and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is serious looking to change.

If your in need of a personal trainer, Chris is the person to come see. Chris has been nothing but professional and caring in helping me get into the shape I wish to be in. He has a world of knowledge on techniques, accountability and nutrition. Chris explains the exercise regiment so I can understand what I am doing. He has the passion, compassionate, he is flexible with my schedule as my availability changes frequently. Out of all the trainers I interviewed Chris assured me that he will help me get in shape and do anything to see me achieve. I highly recommend Chris. I have been training with Chris for 3 months and I lost 16 pounds. I lost 2 and a half inches of my waist. I had to buy new clothes because my old clothes do not fit. He has changed my eating habits.

I went to Chris due to doctors orders. I was in the worst health of my life, I could not walk from the basement of my house to upstairs without huffing and puffing. I was 173 pounds overweight, I Took endless of different drugs to help with pain. I Have the worst eating habits, so My Doctor Highly recommend Chris. After 2 months of working with Chris I am on a daily workout regimen. I never miss a workout in the past 65 days. I love working out I like the feeling I get. I have more energy now. I can go a couple of days without taking extra drugs that I don't need. Chris keeps me up to date on my progress. I love his workouts; he is always changing it up for me, and keeping it at a rate that I can handle. Chris has gotten me off drinking soda and eating healthy. I am eating foods that I thought I would have never of thought of eating. In the 65 days of working with Chris I took off 18 pounds. I am on the actual belt holes of my belt; I owe to his hard work. I highly recommend Chris!
