Chris provides everything that you look for in a trainer. Chris provides new teaching moments every time I come in for a session. If I am doing something wrong Chris will not sit back and let me keep do the wrong thing. He will show what I am doing wrong and he will show me how to do it correctly. Chris does not just sit around and count reps like you see with other trainers, Chris will do the same workout with you, to keep the workout interesting so you can see how he does the exercise. Chris will do something like if I do 50 push ups, then Chris will have to do 100 push ups. If I lift a heavy weight Chris will lift trip or sometimes double the weight in front of me. I like how it motivates me to lift more weight than I can think of. I like that Chris put in challenges in the workout with each exercise.
