Thanks for your help I got an Xbox 360 from some chick of KSL she said it worked but get home and RED RING, looked up on KSL for someone local and this guy had it fixed in less than an hour. It has been a couple months now just wanted to make sure it stayed working for a bit before writing a review. Definitely recommending him to friends.

I sent emails & texts to Matt earlier in the day asking about estimates and referals. He responded promptly each time. I asked him if he would have time that evening for me to drop by our Xbox. He readily agreed and said he would be able to diagnose my problem while I was at his home. We actually dropped off the unit while we went to dinner, fully expecting we'd have to return later in the week to pick up the repaired unit. To our very pleasant surprise, Matt completed the work while we were eating dinner and we were able to pick up the repaired Xbox 2 hours later. The cost (plus a tip for prompt attention and service) was just what he said and comes with a 45 day service warranty since we paid cash (30 if you pay by check I believe). I waited to write this review until we knew the unit would work. Many hours of gaming, it's still bringing joy to our kids. I highly recommend Matt - prompt, polite, straight forward, honest and effective. We'll be back with any future problems. B. Potter

great services. he repaired my brothers xbox months ago and its still working like new just had him fix mine and am glade to be back on call of duty. best part if I sent it in to microsoft it would cost more and take longer so for only $30 and 2 hours im back on. thanks for your services.
