Stay Away!

Offered me a hotel and airfare package that I liked but once I paid for it, the hotels were no longer available and the replacement they offered was double the first hotel. I found and booked my own hotels and requested they change my flight to get me into a closer airport. They charged my card over $900 without my permission to make the change. Once I found that out I said to leave my flights alone and I'll work with the hotel to get me from the wrong airport. They have only refunded $750 of the $900 they were not authorized to charge and the worst of it was, they even canceled the flight I was trying to change and kept all the money making me rent a car to drive the 200 miles my flight would have saved me. STAY AWAY!


Poor Customer Service

Poor customer service...we called and spoke with them about a simple promotion they were running. Never received a call back and went elsewhere.
