Best plumber ever

Very professional,friendly, and efficient!!! The service manager, Brandon, is great!!! The price is set, and very competitive. I needed to have a toilet replaced and was able to get it done the same day. I called a few other companies to get a quote, Duncan Plumbing was by far the best and so is their customer service. I would definitely recommend them!

My experience with Duncan Plumbing was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Brandon was very polite and friendly, he got the job done quickly, was able to come the next day and complete the job, very professional, and he was very smart and able to explain things so that I (being someone that knows nothing about plumbing) could understand. The cost was very reasonable. High quality work and great customer service for a great price. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Duncan Plumbing!

Fantastic Experience

Our daughter had a leak in the main water line which leaked into the basement. A different company came and said they would have to use a backhoe to dig up the line from the curb to the house and jackhammer the concrete steps at the side door or part of the patio to hook into the main valve and it would take two days. The price -- a whopping $3-$4,000! Brandon at Duncan Plumbing quoted us $2,400 without the backhoe or the jackhammer. He brought a crew who carefully hand dug the line from the curb to the house (90') and put the dirt and grass on tarps. They went under the concrete and put a completely new line into the house. They tamped the dirt back and put the grass back and it is not even noticeable. What an incredible job they did in one day! We can't speak highly enough of this plumbing company. We will always use Duncan Plumbing in the future. 12/14/11

Duncan Plumbing came through with flying colors! Brandon was On Time, On Budget and a Real Professional who knows his business. I tried several plumbing companies who scheduled appointments, but didn’t have the decency to call when they couldn’t make it.
