When you first make an appointment, the salon rep will send you a text from her business phone with the confirmation of the appointment. In which, she expects you to text back. When I got to my appointment, she seemed rushed and didn't really say much to me. Towards the end she said that she didn't have time to finish because she had another client coming in. Which, okay? After she told me that, she gave me a mirror and I thought they looked fine so I paid her and left without saying much. A couple days after the lashes were put on, a big clump of eyelashes came out. So I decided to take some baby oil and try and gently rub the rest of them off because it looked silly. It didn't work so I let them naturally fall off and now I have very little lashes. It's been a few months now so I decided to text her the feedback. Her response was "I have never had a complaint and I have quit the wait list. Ur not satisfied with my work, fine. Move on." Poor Customer Service

The salon was very clean. However, I did not get a greeting, or any services. On the door it stated "walk ins welcome" but I did not feel welcome. The hair dressers looked at me but did not talk to me. I stood there for 10 minutes to give them a chance to find a point where they could help me but that never happen. They did not have anyone at the desk so I ended up walking out and receiving services somewhere else. I do not plan on going back there again or refer this business to others.
