I should have researched this company before letting the salesman talk me into a contract. However, like other reviewers, when I was leery to sign the contract, he assured me that the company would want to keep me happy and let me cancel if the service was not as expected. I used 6 of my 9 services, enough to give the company a fair shake, since they said at first more insects would appear because of the spray. A year later, I have had more of an insect problem than I have ever had. The technician will give you an hour notice. If you are not home, the service may not even be completed. The customer service "supervisor" only argued with me and basically called me a liar. They will NOT let you cancel service. More importantly, they will NOT give you effective service.

We Love Edge Pest Control! We had used another company for years, one that my little brother worked for. When edge came knocking we decided to give them a shot and they have been 100 times better than the old guys. They take care of everything we can imagine and come back for free whenever we call. Yes, we are paying a bit more with edge than we used to but it is MORE THAN WORTH IT!

The last company we used was a few bucks cheaper but did about 25% as much actual work. Now we have all of our wasps and mice gone, the other guys we had didn't take care of anything higher than our foundation. A+!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE DECIETFUL AND NOT HONEST!! I signed up because I was told that I could cancel at anytime. I called yesterday to cancel because I want bees in my yard to pollenate the flowers I also wanted to cancel because I hate the element of surprise and they show up WHENEVER they want and call me to tell me they are on their way... ON THEIR WAY THERE! I hate that because it doesn't give me enough time to get money ready or prepare my finances for the service. The straw that broke the camel's back was that they told me that I signed up for 2 YEARS!!!! and that there was nothing that they could do about it because I signed a contract for 2 years, BUT I WAS TOLD THAT I COULD CANCEL AT ANYTIME BY THE SALES MAN AT MY DOOR! Don't trust this company!

I had terrible spider problems downstairs and sprayed them myself religiously but to no avail. One of my friends referred me to these guys and I was very skeptic because I don't like to spend money when I don't need to. After signing up I was still skeptical and hoped that they would fix the problem. They said I could call them anytime to respray and that my satisfaction was guaranteed. After the first spray I started to find dead spiders by the edges of the walls but I was still seeing spiders. After the second spray the spider activity diminished exponentially. After about three months I couldn't find a single living spider. Ever since then I've been spider free and happy! No more webs in the corners and random spiders crawling on me while watching movies in my theater room. I'm happy my friend talked me into using these guys and I have recommended them to my friends and family. Thank you!
