Epic Satellite has horrible service. They came to my house to sell dish/direct and made many promises they didn't follow through with. The mounted the satellite on the side of my house in the incorrect area. The satellite was sending signals to Dish directly saying there was bad connection and they had to send a tech out to redo the job. Do not use them! Dish is great but having a 3rd party sales person come to your house and sale you fake promises and then take back everything is wrong. I have put in a complaint with Dish about using them as a 3rd party sales personal again and I plan on contacting Gephart (spelling) Unfortunally I had to rate them a 1 star to post this review but I give them a negative 10!

The claimed "OWNER" of the company named "ADAM" is a complete CON ARTIST. Do not go with this company because you will be ripped off royally. They will quote you the wrong prices, install your satellite incorrectly, and when you need help Adam will lose his temper and has no sense of customer service. Please do not let a horrible company make any money off of good people.

This company changed my satellite service to another representing that they were going to switch me to the new service under the current bundling agreement I had. They did not do this. They changed my service, I was charged for both services and now I am locked into a service I dislike for 2 years. I am out over $150. I am lucky I kept the loss this low. It could have been a lot worse. They are a rip off. If you use them, you have been warned. "The Reminders" ask for positive as well as negative. Ok, I am positive they ripped me off. They were polite as they lied to me.

I had some issues with my service so I called to get some assistance. I called several times, left messages, and it took 2 days to get a response. When I was able to actually talk to someone, the guy was rude. He seemed to not care to get the problem resolved. When I wanted to cancel services, he threatened how much money I would have to pay him. On the positive, I had to give them a one star to write the review.
Terrible representatives of Directv

It looks like the only good review was from the owner because there is no way someone would give this company a good review. The technician (Adam) was terrible, didn't explain a thing, and to get him to come back and brush the snow off that would never happen. I wouldn't want him to return, had to call up another company to reinstall it correctly. Don't go with this company, they are terrible.
