Mobile phones is not our only specialty. We work with computers as well. Virus removal, formatting, upgrades, custom computer builds and more.

I broke the screen on my Galaxy S3 and after every other wireless store I called wanted me to pay with an arm and a leg I called up EW and not only did i get a great deal but I got it done quickly. Thank you Everything Wireless. I will tell everyone I see with a broken screen about you guys.


     

Finally someone fixed it!

I was trying to fix my phone for a while! and other places charged me alot but it kept going bad again! this place they fixed cheaper and it was fixed ! people are nice and honest ! and i am happy to support a small and local business!

HORRIBLE BUSINESS STAY AWAY

This is an absolutely HORRIBLE business and I normally don't write reviews but I don't want others to fall victim like I did. First off, if you have a business and have "business hours" that are posted online, on the phone, on the door etc. Why are you never OPEN...? Second, when I finally was able to catch someone when they were there, I asked what they would charge to flash my android phone, and they originally said $40, then $60, then well, I am pretty sure I can flash it, then well i will play with it and see if I can do anything and if I cant I will call you. Second, I am a technical person and I asked what program they were going to be flashing it with, he looked at me blankly... well, I will look up what to do online. Seriously? I COULD have done that! I don't have TIME to do it and that is why I am taking it to someone to do it. 3 days and no answered calls, no one in office. BBB complaint coming next.

Owner response: Thank you for your review. We are a new business and not fully staffed. I am sure that there were a lot of misunderstandings and confusion. As for not revealing what we use to flash phones, is a business secret and shouldn't be discussed. That's what bring us customers. We apologize for you bad experience and assure you that Everything Wireless has come along way from where it started.


     

Terrible!

Phone supposed to be repaired in 3 hours. First day, made 3 phone calls, went to voice mail no return calls from business. Second day went to business - no one there during reported business hours. Left 2 more messages on voice mail. no return call. 3 day -return call stating phone would be ready next day. Called AGAIN, voice mail no return call from business. Finally, called again- they stated business would call back in 30 minutes for status on phone - NO CALL AGAIN. Called THEM back again stated phone could be picked up at close of business. Replacement screen on phone installed poorly and numbers misaligned. Incredibly unprofessional and poor workmanship! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
