So many fees!! Don't apply!!!!! You pay $39 "application fee" EACH then they ask for $100 more.. And they want the deposit before they tell you if you are approved. And they want you to sign a contract before the approval. And they want you to put $2000 down before approval and if you don't back out in 3 days you have already signed that they will keep $400 plus the $100 plus the $39 each... Didn't do it but these guys really know how to make their money

Justin Ellis with FRE Property Management is great at managing our home in South Jordan, UT. We live out of state and managed it ourselves for 3 years and the headache that came along with it. After turning it over to Justin, we haven't had to worry about a thing. He keeps us informed of what is going on with our home, but takes care of everything. It takes a lot of stress off of us!
Made me money, communicate well

FRE's market analysis literally put money in my pocket. I was ready to accept $850 / mo for a rental unit, they suggested $995. Two weeks later I got a signed lease at $995. I feel like they're on my team, which is what I wanted in a property manager. Also, I appreciate that they communicate well via email / text / etc. I can't always take phone calls (nor do I want to, it's 2015, come on), so I appreciate a property manager willing to use email. So many other property managers ONLY call no matter how many times I tell them I prefer email.

The whole team at FRE has been amazing! Initially I thought owning a rental property in one state and living in another would be a huge headache, but FRE has taken care of everything. One of the best things about FRE is that I have a single point of contact for anything related to my property. I can’t recommend them enough.

As a frequently-moving military family, we've learned a lot about dealing with good and bad property managers. We are glad to have found FRE Property Management to handle our permanent home in Salt Lake City. They have always gotten us a competitive monthly rent from reliable tenants and smoothly handled turnovers when tenants departed. What we appreciate most, as current renters ourselves, is that they are compassionate to the tenants when problems arise. We want our renters to be happy in our home, and so far with FRE, this has been the case. In our experience, we have yet to encounter another management company as dedicated to owners and tenants as FRE Property Management.
