homeowner. These plans ensure that communication between the customer and the contractor is clear. This helps keep each basement project working smoothly. *Licensed from Top to Bottom- Some handymen wont insist on a permit for your basement finish citing that it will slow the process and also because they plan on doing all the work
themselves. This is dangerous for a homeowner. 
It takes years and years to acquire a license to be a plumber or an electrician.   Without these licenses, a homeowner has no guarantees of craftsmanship. At Finished For 14, we have a Licensed Electrician and Plumber on our staff! This enables us to complete work at a faster rate and also to charge less for that work.

Couldnt Be Happier!

Wow! We are so happy with our basement! The crew was quick, and professional. It turned out great, no surprises. The team was easy to work with and did exactly what we had asked them to. We would recommend them to anyone!....


     

Very Good Choice

I found Finished for 14 online while doing research to finish our basement. I called at 8:00 at night and they picked up. Todd asked me a few questions and took my information down. I got a call back from Bob the next day and we set up an apnt. When he came out for the bid he answered all my questions and even gave me some great ideas that i had never even thought of. He then came back the next day with a printed up estimate and I was able to go through the pricing with him. He worked with me to get me into my budget. I told him that I needed to get with my husband and I would get back to him. A few days later, a received a handwritten thank you card in the mail! He was thanking me for my time and the opportunity to meet with him. Wow! He called back the following week to see how I was doing and if i had any questions. I told him we were waiting for 2 other bids to come back. They never came back. Either way, our choice was made up. We went with them and would refer them to anyone!!!

Very happy with the craftmanship, employees, and management. Very smooth process. Lots of communication. Thanks for my basement. Cant wait for the Superbowl in my new theater!


     

Almost Gave Up Looking

I had given up on getting my basement finished. I had several bids with several gentlemen that only wanted to do what they wanted to do with my basement and really couldn’t care what I wanted. I came across finishedfor14’s ad in hometown values and decided to try one more company. My initial thought was that there was no way a company could do a basement for $14 a foot. When bob got to my house, he listened to what I wanted and explained to me that the $14 a foot is a starting package. He explained that their quality is better than most companies out there and that they use all the same products. They are not installing “lumber for DI!!” He wrote everything down and then made a few suggestions as to how it could all be accomplished with my budget and my space. He showed me pictures of some of the work the have done and even invited me to an open house they were having in a week at one of their basements. He really made me feel so, so, special.

As a lawyer, I am in the service business and am always really excited when I meet other professionals who really understand first class service and think of ways of saving their clients money. Let me just say this upfront: - I am highly, highly impressed with Bob Cella and his company Finished For 14. I found Finished For 14 through the Web and talked to Bob through emails and then phone calls. I have found him to be very thorough, and responsive. He has a great ability to think outside the box for projects. He was able to customize a job that required research and thinking into a great package for me. I have recommended him to others in my neighborhood and at work and I believe they are finding the same great service. Furthermore, I have found his billing for services rendered very fair and reasonable. What else can I say? If you need basement services, I would really recommend Bob.
