Carpet Cleaning

I wish I would have had the same experience as everyone else. He did make the effort to come on a Saturday which was nice, but he was about an hour late and I had to change my plans because of it. There was residue (kind of like brown sugar)in a bunch of places when I got home and I had to vacuum it before my son tried to play with it. He also said he would move my furniture to get under my couch, etc and that didn't happen.

Owner response: I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience we have caused. I would like to take this opportunity to let you know I would be happy to offer you a re-clean on anything you are not happy with. We always try to stay "on time" however even as hard as we try sometimes the schedule is difficult to keep. We usually give an hour window to be at your house,I am sorry if we did not make it in the hour. As far as moving your couch, being behind may have contributed to that. Again, we would love to have another shot, free of charge to you.


     

Horrible Service - Do no use!

Green Solutions came to my home to clean our air ducts as well as a bathroom vent that had bird nests in it. After they left, we continued to notice dog hair in the vents. After cleaning them, we also found a birds nest in the bathroom vent. I called green solutions to fix the problem. Their second visit was less than 45 minutes. We continued to notice dog hair collecting in the vents and return vents. I would like for the job to be done right by a certified National Air Duct Company(which green solutions is not). Green solutions has refused to give me a refund so I am forced to take them to small claims court. Do not use this company. Very unprofessional and they do a very poor job.


     

Customer service - Poor

Did not arrive on time, was one hour early. I scheduled a carpet cleaning with Wade. Wade offered to come at 9 AM, told Wade that I could not be there until 9:30. Wade said that he would schedule it at 10:00 AM, I agreed. Wade call my home phone at 9:00 AM on the scheduled day and left a message. I called Wade at 9:30 when I arrived home. Wade said that he must have written the incorrect time. He offered to return, but I did not believe that Wade and his workers have time to complete my job with one less hour, so I canceled. I cannot believe the most of the above review are from 'real' customers. Be aware....

Owner response: This person is mistaken about the time.... Lets be real here... complaining about a company being early? Complaining about a company that he did not use the service? Good Luck, Pretty funny really.


     

Too many stains left behind....

I am really disappointed in Green Solutions. They left quite a few stains behind. I was sooo impressed with my previous carpet cleaners, but I found a great deal on Groupon for Green Solutions and thought I would give them a try. Yes, my house smells amazing and yes it dries fast, but they were done with 5 rooms and a hallway in 45 minutes. I can hardly vacuum that many rooms in that amount of time much less deep clean. I cannot recommend this company.

Owner response: I always find it interesting that customers complain but do not take advantage of the 100% clean guarantee. Why would you not have us come and get the stains out if your not happy? Makes 0 common sense. My guess (without their name we have to guess) is this customer would not be happy no matter what or they refused to add the stain treatment to their job. Nameless reviews are a waste of time. Could even be another company that we compete with. Take care

I was really excited to try an organic company. I have a seven year old with cerebral palsy who is on the ground alot. I want to avoid any chemicals I can. The guy showed up on time, but was literally out of here within 20 min. I didn't say anything because really the carpets looked great. I used a groupon to try it out. I had 2.5 rooms and a hallway, and had to pay $53 extra which I though was quite a bit. So with the groupon I paid $100. The next morning I saw the same dirt spots in from of the couches. I pointed out these areas to him so he made sure not to miss them. I was irritated so I got out my little mini spot cleaner, and filled it with hot water. I went to the dirt spot and sucked up tons of dirt!? I called the guy and told him about it, he seemed a little irritated and said that he does it all the same way so there shouldn't be any spots. He said he would try to come friday morning before he left town, but of course he never called. AVOID this company.
