Worked with Mike in SLC and can easily say he's the best and most thorough guitar teacher I've ever come across.

Keeps My Son Excited About Learning

by on

We have been taking lessons from Michael for over one year now. My son is years old and has tried every traditional youth activity around. He hated sports and could not find interest in anything. That is until he met Michael and began taking guitar lessons. Michael has a keen ability to keep the interest of his young student. He teaches technique and musical principles by selecting songs my son will know and want to play. "If I teach him twinkle twinkle little star, he'll lose interest," he said. "Kids at this age see an image and want to rock out. That's what keeps them motivated and interested." Michael's rates are fair, he has never cancelled a lesson (even in a huge snow storm he was there), he demonstrates exceptional knowledge of various genres, and he always has an excited and welcoming demeanor for class. I would definately recommend Michael to any student in the Tooele area.
