Steve is a pro. In particular if you want a very dark stained wood floor then Steve is the only guy in the valley who knows how to achieve that look. He did over 2000 feet in my house and we are very satisfied. If you are considering asking Steve to do some work in your house but have some questions you'd like answered first then I suggest you start by picking up the phone and calling him. Quality floors a cut above the rest!

Steve and his team did an awesome job on my hardwood floor. They were easy to get a hold of, gave me a great deal, and the finished product was amazing. Thank you for all the hard work and superior craftsmanship. I highly recommend!!!


     

As promised -- very good

Steve is a pleasure to deal with. He gave us his cell phone, always answered or returned calls in a timely manner. He showed us his licenses. He did exactly what he promised. He matched the color of the wood, and finished in the time that he had promised. They were clean, and even if we had the floor sanded, there was not a lot of dust at all. We are happy, and gave his business card to two neighbors who are refinishing their floors.


     

Buyer BeAware!! Steve in not very professional and may not show back up!!

We hired Steve to refinish our hardwood floors and install a banister and handrails. He did a great job on refinishing the hardwood floors, but when it came time do do the rest of the work he disappeared. We received a text message the day before he was scheduled to come out and install the banister and handrails, letting us know he will not be able to make it because he decided to stay out of town. Sending text messages in a business is not professional Steve. I called him the next day to get him scheduled to come back out and he told me he didn't have his schedule but would get back to me, hanging up the phone without saying goodbye. I, like a fool called him back two days later, he told me he was just walking out the door, his schedule was in his truck and he would call me back, again hung up without saying goodbye. Of course I never heard back. The only reason I kept calling was we already had a quote and had gone through the work of finding someone.
