The communication was an issue, but understandable. Their tech (Jacob) that came to my house day 1, just did a "quick fix" 2 hours after he left the issue resumed. Day 2 he showed up. Left because of a communication between landlady and company. He told the Landlady that someone had welded the system since he was last there. The system was as he left it. When Chad was contacted he said that if there was a negative review it would be "unjustly". Well an employee who does a half baked job, then blames a made up issue for the continued issue, is dishonest. I am not sure of the other techs, but Jacob needs to be watched. Make sure he is inspects the system. He ran up a bill and did nothing to fix the issue. He is no better than a used car salesman. communication issues are understandable, and i hold nothing against the owner or other employees for the communication issue. It is the professionalism that the above employee conducted, that gives the company a bad review

Humphrey installed a new furnace for us today. They provided us with a very competitive bid on a Trane furnace for our small home ($1,400) and arrived when scheduled. Their scheduling for the bid and the install was flexible. The technicians were young, but appeared to be knowledgeable and were courteous to me and my small children. We appreciate their honest work and competitive pricing. We would definitely use them again.

I was happy with them. It happened on a Saturday night and I called them and they couldn't come that night so they came Sunday morning which I thought was remarkable. They did charge me $49 service cost and I was kind of surprised because we did use their service but they didn't charge me extra for coming on a Sunday. So, it kind of even out. I was happy with the work and the air-conditioner worked fine after they left. They guy that came out was professional.

Chad was very responsive - he fit us in his busy schedule during a very busy HOT week. His communication was great when his first job of the day was more involved then planned. He didn't keep us waiting around without a phone call. A courtesy that was very much appreciated! Chad fixed the problem quickly, knew what he was doing, and was very professional. My wife and I would both call him again for any of our heating/air issues. Highly recommended.
