Immediate Nanny Need 15-20 Hrs Weekly 5 Per Hour

Hello, I'm in need of a reliable babysitter/nanny who can be responsible on being on time and who likes being around and taking care of children. I've been having issues with my current nanny not showing up on time, which makes it difficult for myself to be on time at my office. The need is immediate. I have 8 year old twin girls and they are my only children. I only need 15-20 hours per week (during school) and I am willing to pay $5 per hour. Hours will increase on the days/weeks that the girls DO NOT have school.

*Babysitter must be energetic, fun and full of creativity 

*Must have a positive attitude

*Must have phenomenal organization skills

*Babysitter must have common sense and be responsible

*Must have a way of transportation (will be driving the twins to academic activities and gas/mileage will be paid) 

*Occasional cooking (something easy the twins could help make)

*Will need to assist the twins with third grade MATH, WRITING, READING, ART and HISTORY

                     The schedule that I need is the following:
Mon-Fri 7:00AM to 8:00AM (one hour in the morning)
Mon-Thurs 3:00PM to 5:30PM and FRIDAY's 1:00PM to 5:30PM 
The amount of hours will change depending on the school schedule.
