Super fast and very friendly!

Got my iPhone 4s factory unlocked a week ago and got an estimated time for my phone to be done and it was done before they told me it was going to be. They are very professional and extremely knowledable. I have had friends that I have referred to them that have had the same experience. I highly recommend this business to anyone needing an unlock done! They were awesome!!

Stuck phone fixed

I have a 3gs iPhone that was unlocked and I accidently updated to the new IOS version and it got stuck somehow. I looked on KSL, found these guys, called them up and they told me they could fix it right then. I took it to them and they fixed it in less than 30 minutes. Fast, cheap and professional.

I bought an unlocked 3gs iphone and didnt know I couldnt update it so when I did I lost the unlock. So I looked on ksl to find someone to fix it and came across this post. He explained software unlocks are not permanent but factory unlocks are. So I got it factory unlocked and now Im using simple mobile again and on the newest version. Great service.
