Heating Problems

We woke up to a cold house and knew our heater wasn't working. We called JP Cooling & Heating early in the morning and John came right out. He was right on time! I wasn't given a window of time he'd be there, just one time and he was there. I didn't have to wait around the house all day! He was respectful and courteous. He knew what he was doing and fixed the problem quickly. We had been told by another company we needed to replace our heater. John replaced one part for a fraction of the cost and now it's working great. He was very professional. I will definately call JP Cooling & Heating again if we have any heating or cooling problems.

New Furnace and AC

I contact JP's early on a Wednesday about their A/C and Furnace bundle promotion they have going on as my home's furnace and a/c was waaaay past its life cycle and was simply not keeping up with the heating or cooling demands (would only do about 80 in the summer and 69-70 degrees in the winter along with OUTRAGEOUS energy consumption). They came out later that same day and gave me a very straightforward bid (identical to their estimate over the phone)on total cost to completely replace both systems. The very next morning they arrived and installed the new units and my home is now comfortable for the first time since we bought it about a year ago. After shopping around I can honestly tell you that you will not find a better deal, a more straightforward or professional experience than you will find with JP's. They were able to answer all of my questions over the phone and left me with the feeling of zero pressure after coming out to finalize their bid. I highly recommend 6 stars!!

Quality work for a really good price. We got a Payne A/C unit installed and it works great. I've already recommended this company to coworkers and family.
