I was a tenant of Keyrenter for 2 years and I waiting to write a review until after moving out for a specific reason. I wanted to wait until after getting my deposit back to see if they would take advantage of that (like I had happen with other companies). After moving in, everything seemed to go well, but I wasn't expecting much and was a pretty easy tenant. I loved the free online payments and being able to login to submit maintenance issues (to which they always responded), and ask questions, etc. I liked also how everything was online, even the whole application, lease, extensions, notice when I wanted to move out, etc. were all online so I didn't have to print anything (I don't even own a printer). I was relieved to see after I moved out that they didn't rip me off with my deposit! I knew I had to pay for carpet cleaning and a few things that I broke, but there was nothing else charged. I am glad because I tried hard to take care of the place. Thanks you guys!

I have a home that I couldn't sell and was frustrated with it. I looked up Keyrenter and thought they looked very tech savvy and had cool features. I looked at a few different companies and decided to go with them because of their pricing and people that seemed to really care. Now, 9 months later I am so glad I hired them! They are responsive, professional, and helped me get a great tenant. Even when I had a maintenance issue, they responded quick and notified me of what they would do. I heard horror stories from friends using property management companies that wouldn't return calls or found terrible tenants. I am happy with them and like knowing that my home (that I lived in for 3 years) is being watched over.

I've been managing on my own for a few years as I picked up some rental homes. Now that I have hired it out I realize what a huge time suck it was! Got my life back now. You guys rock!!!

This is the most professional, organized, and helpful landlord/property management company I have rented from in all my years. Brooke has been a pleasure to work with, and she has helped my wife and I with patience throughout the application, lease agreement review and execution, and move-in process. Their online Tenant Portal makes communication simple and efficient, and Brooke has been very responsive to any questions we have had. The house is wonderful, and we are so happy we stumbled upon their sign in a yard as we were driving around searching for a home to rent!
