This is the second time I have had Larsen come out to my home. This time they worked on my air conditioner that was making a funny noise. They found the problem fairly quickly, and since it was an easy fix, they only charged me the trip charge. I am so impressed with the honesty and integrity of this company. The tech was so knowledgeable and explained exactly what he was doing. Thanks for doing such a great job! You have a life-long customer in me.

I had this company look at my AC because it was making a strange noise but "STILL BLOWING COLD AIR". The company sent out a technician who stated that there was "ZERO" refrigerant in the system & it must have a leak & could "NOT" be blowing cold air. He said the system would need new refrigerant & a dye. I was adamant it was blowing cold air & I was going to get a second opinion. I had another Co. come out & confirm it was "NOT" low on refrigerant but found that the compressor was going out & that the other tech didn’t connect the gauges correctly. This company should "NOT" be sending this technician out on calls, yes it is still going to cost me a lot of money to fix my AC but not on mis-diagnosised repairs.*FYI* I spoke with the techs supervisor who admitted the tech made what he called an "honest mistake" but any qualified tech should know how to connect gauges to get correct readings.They agreed to give me my money back but after having a heated discussion with the supervisor.

He is by the way NATE and EPA certified, but anybody can make a mistake and he may have made a mistake in your case. Believe us, it would not have been deliberate and all we can do is refund any money you paid to us, which we have, as you indicated in your review. Please allow me to make a couple of points. When a compressor is low on refrigerant it will make extra noise and could sound like it is going out. Second, by replacing the compressor the other company will also have to recharge your system which is all we believe was wrong with your unit. Your case will be a training point in our next session. Thank goodness a case like yours is extremely rare for our company, but we will always try and make it right for the customer.

I had a great experience with this company. I called in a panic and they were able to dispatch their technicians very quickly. The 2 technicians (Shaun & Adam)showed up promptly. I found them to be very friendly, professional and quite capable. They were able to get my air conditioner working better than when it was first installed. The cost was quite reasonable. They were honest and helpful. I will use this company from now on. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and professional company that will provide excellent service.

Elias came and checked out my air conditioner today. I had done some research online and figured out what the problem might be, but I wanted to feel confident that I wasn't screwing anything up. I'm really glad he came because he explained my system and every step of what he was doing. Then he taught me a bunch of maintenance tips to keep it running well. He even discovered a major fire hazard from previous negligence that I would've known nothing about, and that added to my peace of mind. I have a very accurate BS meter, so after reading the reviews on here I decided to try these guys. Mostly because I'm on a tight budget and I hate getting ripped off. The cost was way less than I had even hoped, and he was on time, respectful and really professional. Mostly, I love that they're so honest. Way to be, guys.

Most Professional Company I've Worked With!!

My fiancé and I decided to get central air before it got too hot, I called Larsen on Thursday along with a few other companies; they were the only company who accommodated my schedule (after their normal hours) to give me a consultation. Shaun and Adam show up to my house, they were completely professional and very genuine people. Shaun looks at my 1940s furnace and said told me it couldn't handle central air, at that point I was a little alarmed with the costs involved. Shaun then gets me a quote to replace both, and it came back WAY less than I thought. They fit me into their busy schedule the next day and now I have central air and a brand new furnace at a steal of a price. Oh and they offer financing which I took because you can't beat 0% interest. Shaun & Adam, you guys rock, I appreciate your hard work.
