Very positive experience. Timely response and very honest

We called Larsen Heating and Air Conditioning to diagnose and repair our furnace on the coldest day of the year. Thinking our furnace was broken, we were prepared to pay for major repairs or replacement. Larsen quickly diagnosed the issue and informed us that the problem is repairable and they could fix it there on the spot. Within 1 hour, they had repaired (without pushing the more expensive replacement option) key censors that were causing the problem. Given my naiveté on furnaces, they could have easily convinced me that larger repairs or replacement was necessary, and could have charged me a lot more. I felt like they were extremely honest and professional. They charged me a very fair price, much lower than I originally anticipated. He also spent 15 minutes after the repair to explain good maintenance tips and practices to get the most out of my furnace.

Get what you pay for

I called another company to service my furnace because they have a cheap service charge. When they came out, they gave me a long list of what was wrong and about to go bad, over 1300 dollars worth. So they wanted me to replace my furnace for $5000. I wanted a second opinion, so I called Larsen heating out to look at it. They looked at it and found a dirty air filter, that was it. I guess you get what you pay for. Honesty goes far with me. Thanks to Larsen heating for saving the day!!!

I had Larsen come out and all I have to say is I felt comfortable with them from start to finish. The phone call was pleasant with Shelby to the tech. (Brett) that showed up. He explained what went wrong and my options to repair it. When he was done, to my surprise, he service the rest of my heater at additional no charge. I will recommend them to everyone.

Nobody came or even called

Our furnace went out and forcast for really cold called Larsen it was a Saturday the lady took all my info and said she would dispatch it. No call No show after about 4 hours of waiting I called someone else who gladly came out and fixed my issue. Never received any kind of acknowledgement from your company.

I own a couple of properties in Utah county, and I have used several HVAC companies over the years for a variety of problems generally satisfy but this time Larsen when above and beyond the norm. From the receptions on the phone to the technician who went to the renters right on time, and was professional in the manner they treated them, to the follow up phone calls to me telling what was needed and the options I was facing. I believe you pay for what you get, but here I got more than I expected. Larsen is a real professional company run very well. I will recommend them.
