Great service on my snow blower. On time. Quick. Efficient. Knowledgeable & explained the reasons for what he was doing as he was doing it. Also personable. The charge for the service was extremely reasonable. If only he was an electrician, plumber, carpenter etc, I could have all my service needs taken care of by Kyson. Five stars does not begin to adequately evaluate the level of Kyson's service. Ray F. Park City 02/10/16

I had Crowell's tuneup my blower at the beginning of the 2016 season. He was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and didn't mind me asking questions during the process. When he was finished, the blower worked better than ever. About a month after the tuneup my snowblower began to leave about a quarter inch of snow on the driveway after I passed over. I tried to figure it out myself. Unfortunately, I had no idea what was wrong. I called Crowell's, describe the problem, and he was able to instruct me over the phone exactly I needed to do to make the correct Adjustments. He could have said he needed to come look at it or other excuse to make an extra buck. His honesty is refreshing in the world we live in today and I would recommend his service. I will be a lifelong customer.

Dreading the coming winter storms, I called Crowell's Flying Wrench to tune up my 2 stage snow blower. I chose Crowell's because of excellent reviews and the fact that he'd come to my home to do the work. Loading and hauling a big snow blower is beyond my capacity. On the scheduled day and time, Kyson called to say he was on his way. Once he arrived, he got right to work. I asked a few questions while he changed out the bad gas, replaced the sparkplug, replaced the oil, lubricated the drive mechanism, etc. His answers were simple and direct. He knows his craft and is super willing to share information. In less than 30 minutes, the work was finished. I highly recommend Crowell's when you need to have your yard equipment serviced.

I moved into a new home that had an ancient craftsman riding mower in the shed. It looked so beat up I was ready to toss it out rather than dragging it to a repair shop with little hope for success. Then I came across the Flying Wrench service that comes to your home so I figured I'd give it a try. Kyson dropped in a new battery and was able to get it running again in less than 20 minutes. I couldn't believe he revived the mower and on top of that the bill was less than $100 (including the new battery). The mower ran surprisingly well for 3 weeks until it started giving me problems. I knew this would be the case with how old it was but decided it was still worth the $45 service fee to get Kyson out again. On this visit he tightened the loose wires causing the problems and cleaned up the rest of the electrical components. Just like that the mower was running great again. I pulled out my wallet but Kyson told me this one was on the house and to call him with any future problems

I had two lawnmowers I needed fixed. One was a hopeless cause and Tyson didn't charge me for it. That was cool and very honest. The other he got up and running in no time. He has a really cool van with all of the tools and supplies. Quick, fast and $53 out the door. I'm going to use him in October to get my snow blower tuned up.
