Hello!

I love to work with all types of people! My focus is on how to incorporate fitness and nutrition into your busy schedule so you learn to stay lean for life. I coach most clients at my home in Cedar Hills, and I also have many clients I work with via Skype.  I do travel to you if the fit is right.

My systems are proven and you will see amazing results in just a few short weeks. Most clients lose up to ten pounds and 6% body fat in 4-6 weeks.

Session Pricing:

  • All fitness training sessions are 30 - 60 minutes
  • All nutrition coaching sessions are 30 minutes

Initial Evalutation $75 (Required)

Includes:

Body Fat Analysis, measurements, postural assessment, nutrition consult, and 30 minute workout.

Lacy is awesome!

I found Lacy after doing a Google search for personal trainers in my area. I liked what I saw on her website, and the fact that she was a mother of 3 and super fit really made me want to know her and what her secret was. I chatted with her on the phone, and immediately felt like she was the trainer for me! I have been working with Lacy for 2 months now, and have already lost 13 lbs (and counting)! My daughter is almost 2, and I never thought I'd be a fit mom. I just assumed once you have kids, your health takes a backseat. It doesn't have to be that way. Lacy teaches you what to eat and how to work out smart to achieve your goals. You don't have to spend hours in the gym to have the body you want (some days I only have 15 minutes)! With a few minimal pieces of equipment, you can get a full body workout in the comfort of your own home - when baby sleeps! I'm so grateful I found Lacy, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to transform their body.

The perfect missing puzzle piece for moms

Lacy's program is absolutely amazing. She has developed easy to fix, yummy meals that my entire family can eat. The meal plans that she suggests with the exercise portion of her program is very realistic for any mom. I love the exercises Lacy has me do. As a busy mom of 3 boys and a having just had a csection, she is compassionate to my individual challenge of loosing my baby weight. I feel that she truly listens to my concerns and goals and always has great and REALISTIC advice to keep my goal in focus and see progress. In training with her, she offers a well rounded workout to target all the problem areas I need help with. I definitely recommend Lacy!

Best Trainer Ever!

Lacy is like no trainer I've ever had! She means business but still understands how busy a gal's life can get. She helped me get over my loathe for cardio by teaching me more beneficial and fun ways of doing it and introduced weight training into my life, which I will never stop doing. I can't say enough good things about her! If you're a busy person but still want to look and feel great, go see Lacy! You won't regret it!
