Class Options for 2013-2014:
Tuesday/Thursday – Morning Hours: 9:05 – 11:15 a.m Tuition: $75.00/month
Tuesday/Thursday – Afternoon Hours: 12:00 – 2:10 p.m. Tuition: $75.00/month
At Little Scholars your child will learn:
- letter and sound recognition - counting and number recognition - pre-reading and writing skills - colors - shapes - groupings and patterns - music - art - imaginative play - social skills - much, much more
Each day at Little Scholars your child will be encouraged to develop friendships, pursue new interests, and develop confidence. In addition, we focus on the academic skills your child will need to be ready for Kindergarten. Your child will participate in handwriting, math, alphabet activities, music, and art on a daily basis. Students participate in literacy rotations every day, as well. At Little Scholars we work hard at learning, but we have A LOT of fun doing it! Teacher Qualifications:
Lindsey has a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education, and has a Masters degree in Elementary Reading and Literacy. The 2013-2014 school year will be Lindsey's 5th year of teaching little scholars!

AMAZING Preschool!

My son attended Little Scholars Preschool and absolutely loved it! He begged to go to school every day, which I loved hearing. I loved that Ms. Lindsey is an experienced, licensed teacher with both a Bachelors and Masters degree in Elementary Education...this is one of the main reasons I chose Little Scholars in the first place. My son started the school year not knowing much academically. By the end of the year, Ms. Lindsey had my son working on beginning reading skills! I was thrilled! The curriculum was fun, yet academic, and covered many different topics that my son was interested in. I loved Little Scholars and my son LOVED Little Scholars! I whole-heartedly recommend this preschool!

My daughter attended Little Scholars this past school year. Ms. Lindsey was a FANTASTIC teacher who invested a lot in the kids she taught. My daughter LOVED her! I liked that Little Scholars is an academic preschool - I wasn't looking for a daycare...I wanted my daughter to learn while still having fun, which is exactly what happened. I loved Little Scholars, and my younger children will absolutely be attending this preschool when they are old enough.

My daughter attended Little Scholars last school year. I was a little hesitant to sign my daughter up for any preschool, since I wasn't sure preschool was necessary. I am SO glad I sent her! Ms. Lindsey was amazing with my daughter (and all of the kids!) My daughter LOVED going to school, and learned a lot. I have to be honest and admit that I don't work with my kids much on academic skills at home. My daughter went into preschool not knowing much of anything when it came to letters/numbers/shapes, etc. By the end of the school I was amazed at how much she had progressed. And a lot of the learning came through doing fun activities and projects, so I'm sure my daughter didn't even realize that she was learning important skills at school. I fully recommend Little Scholars! I am so glad I decided to send my daughter there last year!

Our son currently attends Little Scholars Preschool and we have been so happy with how things have gone so far this school year. My son is very shy but Miss Lindsey helped him feel very comfortable from the first day of school. As a parent is it really important to me to feel like my son is happy, safe, and loved when he isn't with me. I am completely comfortable sending him to school every day at Little Scholars. I also have been really happy with the mix of activities my son does while at school. He does handwriting, art, they learn the cutest songs that actually teach them things, and they have literacy groups. This preschool has been the best experience for us, and we are glad we made the decision to send our son to Miss Lindsey's class.

Little Scholars Preschool is an amazing preschool. My son loves Miss Lindsey and learned so much while attending this school. Miss Lindsey is very well organized and is a licensed teacher with both a Bachelors and Master’s Degree in Elementary Education. The curriculum was well prepared and she made it fun to for my son to learn. The price is very affordable and is well worth every penny. This has been the best experience and we are glad we made the decision to enroll him in Miss Lindsey’s class.
