Complex new furnace and replacement.
by User12263 on
Dan came to our house and gave us an outstanding bid. He showed up to do the work at the promised time and did a great job on a very demanding and unusual new instalation, in some very tight and awkward areas. He has an excellent understanding of airflow and even taught me some new things and I'm an airplane pilot. He will do you a great job.
New Air Conditioner
by User12979 on
Dan came out and installed a new air conditioner on my house yesterday. He was half the price of some other big companies with the same American Standard equipment. He explained to me the workings of a refrigeration system as he installed it, and I was impressed with his knowledge and confident in his abilities. Now I have a new air conditioner and it works great! Thanks Dan!
Hot Water heater

Lone Peak service installed a new Rheem Water heater into my home. I was going to tackle the Job myself, but after looking at where my heater was located in my basement I'm glad I called Dan. My old water heater was a forty gallon and the geneal contractor place it in the tightest of places. Dan was able to install a 50 gallon to my delight and adjust all the plumbing to a perfect match. He did a excellant job. I am very happy with the Rheem heater also, it reheats the water fast and I'm never without hot water! I would recommend Lone Peak service.
Great Service

My a/c unit never worked properly and wouldn't cool our house. We got a few quotes from different companies of $1,500-$2,200 to get it fixed. Luckily we found Dan at Loan Peak who let us know that our central air unit was just fine but that our new furnace was the problem. He explained the air pressure and air flow problems our furnace was causing which prevented our a/c unit to run properly. Dan came in and replaced our furnace with one that should have been used in the first place and now both the heater and the central air work fantastic! Great service and price. I recommend them to anyone needing good quality service.
Just asked questions...

Called Dan to ask if my 3 year old AC units might need servicing. He laughed about other guys' "21 point inspections" for big bucks. He told me my AC's were probably just fine... No BS..just straight talk. Thanks Dan.
