Auto/Service Center

I didn't know what to expect going to an auto/service center that wasn't at a new dealership. But I had bought a car from Low Book a few years back and had received outstanding help & service from their salesmen. I decided to try out their service department and was pleasantly surprised at what excellent service I got from them again! As I was getting my car serviced, they kept me informed on everything they were doing. They didn't try to "sell" me on extra services I didn't need. They did let me know what will need to be done on future services. I absolutely recommend this place for auto service needs.


     

Service Center

I recently bought a car at Low Book Sales, and with it I was told I get free safety and inspection for life. I was a bit hesitant because I normally go to the same place for safety and inspection, and have for the past 10 years. I went to one of those places where they do safety and emissions only, and have been totally taken by those con-artists. I decided to stick with a particular place, and have been going there ever since. I decided that since my upcoming safety and emissions was free, I really had nothing to lose. I didn't realize that Low Book had a full service auto service center! They got my car inspected while I ate popcorn in the waiting area. ;) They were honest, friendly, fast, and even popped my front headlight in that was coming out and wouldn't work for me. I actually told them when I got there that I needed a new light bulb for the headlight, and to just put one in and I would pay for it since it wouldn't have passed without it. I am now a loyal customer! :)


     

I have been happy so far

To be entirely honest, I started as a huge skeptic of Low Book Sales. I have heard horror story after horror story and had resolved to look to other dealers. I was also to the point where buying a car, or anything for that matter, seemed absolutely hopeless. I knew buying a car just isn’t that easy! I have been waiting for the call to tell me that they were wrong and I needed to bring in money down or that they couldn’t get me qualified. Well, I drove away in the car last Friday and today I got a text message from Johnny informing me that everything is good to go and I was officially the proud new owner of my Pacifica! I am still in shock! I just want you to know that thanks to Johnny Vigil, you now have a lifelong customer and because of his service, I am referring my mother to your dealership. Thank you Johnny!!!!

I really like low book service. When I come in they treat you like family! I really trust Mike who always gives me the what I should really do maintenance wise and the risks or non-risks if I don't. It does not seem that they are trying to get every last dollar out of my like when I go to the oil change places. Just for his honesty alone in particular, it's like having a family member as a mechanic telling me the real scoop. As long they keep that up, I will bring all my vehicles there whether I buy them at Low Book or not. Thanks Mike!

I bought my Saturn Aura at the Saturn dealership in Orem, and would only take it there for service. However, now that the Saturn dealerships have all closed, I had to find a new place to take my car. I took my vehicle to several other service centers with disappointing results. My wife and I purchased a used vehicle at the Low Book Sales in Lindon, and I learned about their service center. I took my vehicle there. The staff there were very professional, and the work was excellent. I have taken my Saturn to be serviced at the Low Book Sales in Lindon for more than two years now. One morning, I had a very serious problem with my car. The sent a tow truck within half an hour, and had it ready by the time I got off of work. Thank you!
