What a JOKE!!!

I contracted Scott to rewire a house I purchased. He started on Monday Nov. 2, 2015 and was suppose to finish in2 to 3 days according to him. On Monday the 2nd, he showed up but only worked for about an hour and had to leave for another reason. Tuesday, he showed up and worker for approximately 3 hours and had to leave for something else. Wednesday, he showed up and worked for about 2.5 hours and left for some other reason. Thursday, he did not show up at all... no calls, no returned calls. etc. Friday he showed up and worked for 3 hours had to leave for some other reason. Saturday he showed up and left because there was too much dust flying around from the concrete cutting going on in the basement (which was scheduled because of Scott's timeline) Sunday, he did not show up. Did not return calls. Monday, it is 8:58 am and I just received a text from Scott stating it's not done yet and I have not received anything more past that. I am guessing the total job is about 1/2 complete.

Called for some kitchen rewiring (lighting, microwave, ect.) Scott responded quickly and was able to provide me with excellent service. He was able to work around my crazy work schedule and was not turned away from my crazy dog. The project was finished before the actual scheduled date, which in the end, saved me money because all the other bids I received had a finished date 2 weeks longer than what Scott promised. I am in love with how everything turned out and now I spend more time in my kitchen then I ever have before! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Flaky-Wasted my Saturday...

My review is simple. Very Flaky! I made an apt. with this company to show up early Saturday morning, and our family cancelled plans to wait for this company to arrive... They were a total NO SHOW! Called them some time after their set appointment time and his response was. "Sorry I have been tied up with family". I responded, you had a set appointment time with me, and we have been waiting for some time for you to show... He did apologize, and we set a FIRM time to arrive that afternoon. Of course, another NO SHOW. This time when I called his phone was turned off, and went straight to voice mail. This is the reason why SUBS get such a bad name. Terrible experience! Come on Guys, Show some respect to your clients that keep you in Business. I was in the Real Estate Business when the market tanked a few years ago...Electricians were a dime a dozen! Now here we are again, cranking in Real Estate and New construction, and Subs will be Subs! Beware of this one. they hosed us this weekend.

I had a simple circuit breaker go out on me. I called Scott on Wednesday at 5:10 PM and he told me no problem, he would be out right after he finished dinner. He said that he had tons of paperwork to do. I told Scott that he could come by on Thursday, but he stated that he would eat dinner then run out. Scott had ALL of my info including what my house looked like! SURPRISE SURPRISE! Scott NEVER showed up or gave me the common courtesy of calling me! I thought,OK Scott will call me Thursday morning! Not a PEEP! From 7:58 AM to 10:00 AM, I have called him 15 times, left 1 voice mail, and 1 text message. Scott's cell would ring once, then go directly to voice mail. Scott doesn't understand that 90% of your business is about CUSTOMER SERVICE! Word of mouth can be excellent or very bad for your business. Well guess what direction I'm going. How he EVER go such high ratings on this site, just stuns me! I wouldn't even recommend him to change a lightbulb!
