They do a great job!

I first bought a KSL coupon about 6 months ago and now use these guys on a regular basis. They are not the cheapest, but they are reliable, on time and send me the same people- not different teams or large groups every time. I like the fact that they have email confirmation and feedback forms and they followup if something gets missed. I don't have to worry about trying to get a hold of them or speak Spanish, they take care of it for me. Try them out.

I have been meaning to write a review on this company since my mom started service with them, but i have been busy. My mother is undergoing a second round of Chemo treatments for her cancer and for about the last 8 months has been part of a local Cancer foundations house cleaning helpers program which MaidPro provides. I can't tell you what a benefit the cleaners have been to my mother during this time. She is weak from the cancer treatments and it is hard for her to do simple tasks like vacuuming and mopping. These guys do a great job in alleviating some of this burden from her so she can focus on her treatments and getting better. The cleaners they send out are wonderful and flexible in her needs that visit. All in all such a wonderful program, company and people to work with and i just wanted to let everyone know how much my mom appreciates the service and how it really is helping her during this tough time.

I have used other cleaning services and i keep on coming back to MaidPro. The reasons: They are consistent and reliable. I usually get the same girls/team i like. Reasonable pricing. Insured in case something breaks. email confirmation and feedback. flexibility in changing my schedules. guaranteed quaility. Other companies charge you to make changes or are always sending new, untrained people. I like these guys and would recommend them and believe me i have tried them all. Oh and yeah independents are sometimes cheaper but when they start bringing in their friends and suddenly you have items /money missing you quickly go back to the reliable companies.

I just used a KSL 4 hour coupon and had a very good experience. 2 cleaners for the 2 hours. They listened to what i wanted done and then went to work. Got most of what i wanted done before the time was up. For what i paid they did a very good job. I would recommend them. I am going to look into monthly service.


     

No Good

I purchased a Living Social deal for 4 hours of cleaning at a discounted rate. Even at about 50% off their normal rates it was a total waste of time and money. They sent two people who spent four total hours cleaning and only got to 5 rooms in my house. In those five rooms - surfaces weren't dusted, baseboards weren't cleaned, spots were left on my hard wood floors. *UGH* At the end of the cleaning session they rushed me through the rooms, shoved a form in my face to sign and then left. Once they were gone I did a more thorough inspection and was disappointed in the service provided. I don't have time to double check a cleaning agency for the quality of their work. When I pay for a service, I expect it to be completed in a competent manner without having to babysit the workers to make sure they're doing what they are supposed to be doing. I was severely underwhelmed with the service and, needless to say, will not ask them back into my home.
