This is the worst experience I have ever had as a renter in 10 years. I did a 1 year lease and moved out 3 months ago. When I moved in the entire backyard was covered in trash, broken glass, and appliances. The yard was covered in snow for the first 2 months so it wasn't seen until month 3. There was NOTHING done about it. The doors were broken so anyone could have broken in. Their 'maintenance' people have no idea what they are doing. I ended up fixing most of the issues myself. They 'repaired' things with random objects and poor fitting parts resulting in flooding, electrical problems, and damage due to leaks. No heat, no a/c and no power for days. They tried to fix the swamp cooler with a metal for sale sign!! The poor excuse for a manager Taylor is the worst. You can never get a hold of her and she has the worst attitude. She lies and doesn't follow through. DO NOT rent from them. You would be better off hitting your head against a brick wall.
Great Start, horrible throughout, horrible ending

Initially management was helpful to resolve any issues, especially since it was a new property. Although they helped get us cleared to move in quickly we moved into a VERY dirty apartment. There was dust everywhere, garbage from the crew, some broken windows, and material just sitting out around the unit; which was odd since the Notice To Vacate requirements stated in regards to cleaning "Please remember we’re just asking you to do for the next tenant what was done for you." Yeah, never happened for us. Which made the nonrefundable $200 deposit very frustrating. They have an online tenant request for any issues, including emergencies that was in all honesty worthless. We filled out 4 requests and never heard a response. We had a leak in our kitchen sink so we texted one of the "helpers" about the potential flooding and seriousness of the leak and the only response was "you need to fill out the online form." No one showed up. DO NOT RENT from them. Very Poor service.

Patti's very understanding and approachable about things to do with the property and the rest of the team is very prompt, nice and helpful. Really, a great group of people.

The people are Maple Leaf are great. They bend over backwards to help their customers and always promptly answer my calls or emails. When a new apartment became available in my building they were great about allowing me to switch units. When my sink had a big leak they got their guys over quickly for repairs. The office staff are great people and very personable. I also really like their online payment system. Nothing negative to report ...
