This is the type of shop you used to hear your grandparents talk about. I'm referring to a place that's honest, efficient, and you get value for your dollar. This is truly a rarity these days but the team at Mike Palmer have resurrected these values for us in our time. Great job guys. Keep up the good work.

Towed my car for FREE, then gave me a FREE rental car while they quickly, honestly, and reasonably fixed my car. Can't say enough good about these guys!


     

Ridiculous

My car has been diagnosed by two different mechanics and we know exactly what is wrong with it. I have been calling around to see who has the best prices for parts and labor and called Mike Palmer Automotive to get a price quote over the phone. My car does not run and they REFUSE to give me a quote over the phone. They said I have to bring the car down so THEY can diagnose it. They offer free towing but that is only if you use their services after their diagnosis. What a joke. I will never use this place....Ever!
