I don't give five stars lightly

I don't give five stars lightly, but these guys have wowed me twice. They repaired our garage door several years ago promptly and for a reasonable price. The door is old and gets a lot of usage because we are in an out several times a day, and our son enters through the garage with a key-code every day after school. On Sunday night we discovered a broken spring that prevented the door from functioning properly. Because of the excellent service that we received before, I called on Monday shortly after 8 a.m. and was told that they would have someone out before 10 a.m. Within two hours of my call, the door was fully repaired for the price quoted on the phone. That is incredible service for a Monday morning. The only thing that I thought was odd was that they wanted to charge more for accepting a credit card, but the fact that they take personal checks is not necessarily a bad thing. Thanks again for proving that the art of customer service hasn't been completely lost!
