Tile Flooring in Kitchen

Josh installed Tile flooring in my kitchen. It matches perfectly with the rest of the kitchen. He worked exceptly fast, and had all the grout matched, and lined up really well. The job was completed well under the stated time it took for the work. He was very professional in his work, and I will call him again, when I am ready to do tile work in my bathroom.

I hired Josh to re’finish a damaged area in my home. My son’s basement-bedroom was destroyed by flooding, from above. Josh put in a new ceiling (drywall, texture, paint), painted the walls (two tone), and installed new fixtures (HVAC, electrical). My son now has the nicest room in the house. I was impressed with Josh’s craftsmanship and attention to detail. He was willing to take extra time (on his own dime) to assure the quality met his own expectations . . ., which exceeded mine. I now know someone I can trust, and call to do quality handyman work around my house. I will also be proud to recommend him . . .

I had an emergency leak and electrical problem. Josh came by on a Friday night, and went right to work. He even got on our roof and hit 6 inches of ice from the seams. He then found another electrical problem, we were not aware of, a very serious fire hazard that would have burned down our home. He quickly assessed it, and fixed both problems for the exact price range; he quoted me. He was quick, clean, and very nice. If I have another need for a handyman, I will call him first!!! He not only fixed our problems, but he gave me an inexpensive peace of mind for our home.


     

I recommend Josh for any house maintenance project!

I found Josh, the one man handyman, on KSL. I was so glad to have found him! I have hired over 30 handymen in my lifetime, and Josh is by far the best I have ever hired. Josh did 8 different projects for me--coming 2 different times. These included electrical (an outside security camera, track lighting, added an outdoor outlet, etc.) as well as many other miscellaneous things, such as fixing a door that was sticking, fixing a rain gutter leak, tightening the faucett & on & on. I was shocked with how efficient he was. He was able to do a great deal within an hour, and do it well--to my complete satisfaction. Then I was surprised again, when he totaled the bill. It was much less than I have paid for similar jobs in the past. I am truly impressed with how professional, competent and pleasant he is. Not only did I call him right back for other help, I believe I have found a handyman for life!
