This is by far the best daycare I have ever found. I have four children and my first two went through several different daycares because they were horrible stinky and just flat out lazy. I found Operation for my 4th and he has been there for 3 years now. He has learned so much! It is amazing and I would never consider another daycare. Operation is where it's at. Love the daycare and the atmosphere. The owner has done nothing but work with me on any concerns (money or otherwise). 100% recommend.

This Daycare is Remarkable! All the Staff members have been very friendly and bond with the kids in a very empathic way. My two children have attended this center for over 4 years and we are very pleased. We have always given honest feedback and discussed any changes in our children’s growth with the Director and she has always taken immediate action to not only meet our expectations but to achieve even greater. My boys Love the teachers and never want to leave!

16 employees that are not consistent. My daughter was picked up three times in peed underwear. They never changed her into spark clothing. My daughter was running a 101.2 degree fever. Her cheeks were rosy and you could tell something was wrong. I was not contacted or told she was ill. In addition they were letting her play with infants when my wife picked her up. The young ladies at the late hour are ornery and have not attention to detail. Be vary careful. Lack good communication. Hearts are in the right place but they are falling short.
Owner response: OHK employs 12 employees. Accusations of picking up child in soiled underwear were never addressed. This child is in a Pre-K/School Age class & her health forms do not note that she may have trouble making it to the restroom on her own. At no time did this child show signs or symptoms of a fever or any other illness, nor has she ever complained of feeling ill. Director & Client reviewed account on 12/17 & client acknowledged that the account had NOT been billed additional fees. A payment had been returned under a “General Decline” & was resubmitted for processing & cleared the same day the following week’s normal payment, leading client to believe additional funds had been withdrawn. It is our clear intention to provide students & parents with a loving, safe, learning environment. I am sad to hear of you dissatisfaction and I am sorry I was not given the opportunity to address your concerns earlier. I wish the best for you and your family.
