I like PPM they are "real pros" and know what they're doing. Here's what happened in my case. me "I have a pin hole leak in my water in an easily accessible location above the water heater!" They come and look at it and "OK, for $250 we can fix that, or you can just instead put that toward a new water heater, for $800" ($250 to fix a tiny, accessible leak whoa!?) "oh, makes sense to just go for the water heater" them "would you like the expansion tank for your hot water heater as well, that'll be an extra XXX--also these vents are a bit old and too small, would you like them upgrades for another XXX--remember carbon monoxide!" me "umm...ok?" Total cost for a *pin hole* fix in this case (would have taken him like 30 seconds to just fix it--seriously and he bid $250 for it?). $1250, and that's *with* a coupon for $50 off from their website. Whoa! Felt barely like an upsell, and too expensive.

I had an issue with my air conditioner and had Parleys Ppm take a look. I called up Lance and he had Ellery come right out and get it taken care of. I was surprised at how reasonable their prices were. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family.

They were quick, efficient, and clean. Product is working fine, and they were ON TIME for the appointments they set.

The technician was able to determine the problem within the first 5 minutes and then fixed it. He was in and out within 45 minutes!

They came to clear the drain in the bathtub (this drain had not been clean in at least 5 years so the buildup was fairly thick). They came the next day promptly at 8:00am and cleared the drain in about 20-30 minutes. It was a great job. They were clean and efficient. I appreciated that after they completed the job they tested it and showed the tenants that it worked as well. The pricing was reasonable and there members fees are much lower than the COMP rates. I will defiantly use them again this year for some other projects that I have (Would also recommend if you are a Landlord as I am). Thanks Servicemagic for helping us out again.
