4th Gen Ipod repair

I came to Jarod with a 4th gen Ipod touch that had a cracked screen and he fixed it by replacing the front screen and giving it another color! He was very friendly along with his family and useful with great apple ipod and ipad knowledge. The repair did take about 2 hours, but I assume for things to be fixed correctly it takes a good amount of time. The fix was $60 and we are very PLEASED :)
iPod Repair

Jarod took our completely destroyed iPod, and fixed it for $50 with a brand-new custom color screen and button! And while waiting for 30 minutes for the repair, he entertained my children with movies games and iPads to play with :-) Thanks Precision
iPad screen repair

Paid $100.00 to have my screen replaced just before Christmas. After getting home I realized the corner was lifting. He said it's an adhesive and pressing it down would re-secure it, but when I pressed it down it cracked. He seemed to be very happy to fix it but when I took it in after driving 40 minutes, I was told he didn't have the screen in stock. Also, I was told he would do it either half off if not more. I felt assured he was looking out for me. This was just 2 days after the initial repair. I was told he would let me know when he got more screens in. I had to text him after waiting a week to find out if he had any. He confirmed he did, but once I inquired whether he would do it at little to no cost, he stopped answering my texts. Had the repair been done correctly the first time, this wouldn't even be an issue. He should have made things right.

Jarrod told me for an extra 5 dollars he would put my iPad at the head of the line and it would only take 2 hours to fix. After 2 hours I had not heard from him so I called and he said hehad not even started and he would be done in 30 min. after 4 1/2 hours of him "fixing" my i pad my husband showed up to pick it up he then had to wait another 45 min because Jarrod broke my wifi. After nearly 5 ish hours he charged me 110$ he still charged me the 5 extra dollars for promising the 2 hour fix AND he charge me to fix my wifi something that HE broke.. We got it home and put it up tell the cover came in the mail. I pulled the iPad out and the corner of the screen was lifting as well at next to the home button and the camera. And there was a new hair line crack in the screen. Note:we had not done anything with the iPad sense the fix because we didn't have a cover. I called and he was very willing to fix. But sense he was so willing to fix he won't return my calls or texts. He is dishonest.
