very awsome!

James contacted me immediately when I entered my query in Service-magic.. When he knew he would be late to our appointment to view the house and prepare his bid, he called to let me know. (One competitor simply stood me up on two appointments and never bothered to call me back.) James's bid was significantly lower than the competing bid I received. He showed up on time and ready to go to work every day. He offered good suggestions. He did good work and graciously accommodated me when I changed my mind about paint colors. James is a real professional.


     

My Grandma's house

James came out and suggested the color that we paint the interior of my Grandmother's house. We had him repaint every room. He was great and very respectful of my Grandmother (she suffers with dimensia) and God bless him for his patients with her. He really does take pride in his work and his customers. Thanks for taking care of a few extras as well.


     

Exterior house painting

James at first comes off as a nice guy, but when it came to repairing quality problems he had all the excuses you could think of. He really does not take much PRIDE in his work.


     

Didn't show up for appointment

I asked for a bid, and received a call to schedule Pride to come out to give an estimate. He seemed nice on the phone. However, the day of the appointment comes and I waited... and waited... and he never showed up or called, or anything! I stayed home that morning to meet this guy, for nothing. RUDE RUDE RUDE!
