i have used protech twice. the first time they were ok. the second time which was in the early spring they were 3 hours late no call. and ended up wanting to charge me over 3 times what they quoted on the phone. and they had been here before. He looked like he just woke up to. i guess the tech was the owner as well. not a good image to put forward. he was un-repentant and i told him to leave. i called another local company here on ksl and no problem. avoid
