Can't say enough good things about Russ and the experience of buying a home. Russ is extremely knowledgeable and professional, very personable and always on top of everything, you can rely on him! Anyone looking for a home mortgage I would strongly recommend you give Russ Cottam a call. He was able to help our family as we relocated to Utah from Arkansas and we had less then 3 weeks to get moved into a house so that we didn't have to move twice and THANKS to Russ we were able to get it done.
