In some cases you can even make money by refinancing because your lender credit for the rate chosen is higher than your actual closing costs.
Although the deals I get my clients are fantastic, I pride myself even more for doing what is in the best interest of my clients. I take the time to teach people about the cost and rate relationship and what makes sense for their individual situation. I am a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer and an Appraiser , so I am well educated in the industry and know the challenges we can face.
FHA refinances are spectacular right now and most of my clients have been able to do them at no cost. Even if you had the lower mortgage insurance and don’t qualify for the new program that lets you keep the lower rate, you may still benefit from refinancing. People have many misconceptions about FHA streamlines refinances that no one has explained to them. I would love to educate you.
Conventional loan rates are also amazing especially if you are not upside down in your home value. If you are upside down and your last refinance or purchase was before May of 2009, you may still be able to refinance even if you have mortgage insurance or a second mortgage. Easy A for Becky

Just closed on my second refinance with Becky and am pleased with her knowledge and straight talk. For years I worked with a family friend for my mortgage needs and when she retired, I thought I would never find someone as knowledgeable. Until I met Becky. She provided a TRUE "no-cost" refinance six months ago. Rates have since gone even lower, and she called me to tell me the good news. I closed on my second low-cost refinance with Becky just last week and will save around $40,000 over the life of this loan. I would rather that 40 large work for me than for some big bank. Would I refer a family member or friend? Without doubt! She's simply the best! Thanks, Becky. M and J Asay Layton, Utah

My wife and I have had the opportunity to work with Becky on three separate mortgage loan/refinancing transactions. She has always been more than willing to spend as much time as possible to ensure all our questions are answered, as well as offer her professional opinion whenever we've asked. We've always felt like she places our best interests first, and have never felt pressured during any of our experiences. Each time we have been given accurate estimates relative to our closing costs, and experienced great communication throughout the loan process. She has years of experience and a firm grasp of the mortgage lending industry, and seems to always be on top of the current market and lending options. Becky was recommended to us by a friend, and we would not hesitate to recommend her to others. -Jared & Beth W., Clinton, Utah
Becky is Great to Work With
by User100725 on
Becky recently helped my wife and I with our second mortgage refinance. I've only known her for about two years and wished that someone would have referred me to her sooner. We were hesitant at first about the "no cost refi"' and if there would be any hidden fees or strings attached. Becky got us a true no cost mortgage loan and worked to get us the lowest possible rate. We have saved a lot of money with her over the years. The closing costs were exactly as promised. She is very knowledgeable and friendly to work with. We have been more than impressed her professionalisim, willingness and honesty. No matter what questions we had she was quick help us with our needs. Our experience has been great and we would highly recommend her to anyone thinking about refinancing. Thanks, Becky - Brandon & Emily C. Pleasant View, Utah
